RTI and Nvision Group completed a deal to integrate their ICT assets

Earlier it was reported that upon completion of the transaction, the group will own 50% of MRP + 0.5 shares of Nvision Group " ". Nvision Group will be the owners of shareholders package 50%-0.5 shares of the company.
