Microsoft won the patent dispute with Motorola in Germany

In may, the Munich court found Motorola guilty of patent infringement, Microsoft, on technology, SMS messages, and in July, the Mannheim regional court ruled to ban sales of Motorola Smartphones on Android in connection with infringement of Microsoft's technology for File Allocation Table (FAT).
