One third of Russians won't notice the Internet outage

Almost one third of Russians believed that without the Internet, their lives will not change. Such data led public opinion Fund representative Svetlana Petukhova during the Conference, the Russian Internet Week-2012. According to FOM, 27 percent of Russians said they won't notice off of the Internet.
