FAS agreed with the increasing share of Telenor's Vimpelcom

In response, Telenor filed in London arbitration claim to protect its rights. However, in February 2012, of Telenor bought the Sawiris Foundation an additional stake in Vimpelcom, bringing its stake to 39.95% of shares, following which a lawsuit from the London arbitration was withdrawn.
