Found in Vilnius the omb turned out to be consumer pyrotechnics

Tuesday at the main post Office of Vilnius called unknown and said that one of the assumptions is the bomb. The building of the Central Post Office is located on the central street of the capital, close to the Government House and the Bank of Lithuania. The main post office personnel reported an alarming signal to police.
