Yandex launches personalized search

Russia, China, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Syria, Nigeria and other countries proposed to extend the scope of regulation of the ITU on the Internet. All States parties have the right to participate is proposed by the ITU in Internet governance and regulation of its national network segment.
