China and Russia offer better control of the Internet

Russia and China in coalition with a number of Arab countries have submitted to the U.N. package of proposals for amendment of rules of control over the Internet. The Chief Analyst of the Russian Association of electronic communications Karen Ghazaryan shared his opinion about the situation with Andrew Norkinym.
