In Yakutia, Russia launched the first fiber-optical communication line

The first backbone fiber-optical communication line (FOCL) is running ahead in Yakutia. The project aims to solve the problem of digital divide in the largest region of the Russian Federation, told reporters the Minister of communications and mass communications Nikolai Nikiforov, who attended the launch of FOCL.
