Vimpelcom will increase the share of Wind Mobile in Canada up to 99.3%

Mr. Lakavera plans to launch a new initiative, Globalive 2013 Capital. He will remain Chairman and CEO of WIND Mobile before leaving and after share-will become honorary Chairman of the company. After the Canadian authorities would approve the deal, Orascom Telecom Holding will hold 65.1% in Globalive.
