Fujitsu and Panasonic will establish joint venture fabless

Japanese Giants Fujitsu Ltd. and Panasonic Corporation under conditions of high competition in the industry have decided to establish a joint venture, which will be responsible for LSI solutions (LSI-large-scale integration).
