Robots will fight with the Samara bloggers

The State Duma Committee on information policy, together with the Federal Antimonopoly Service is preparing a bill that would ban a stimulating mention brands in popular Internet blogs — as if the blogger does not register as an entrepreneur and did not pay the appropriate tax.
