A single portal of WEK will be launched in late spring and early summer

Previously, it was assumed that since January 1, 2014 year map will be issued to all citizens of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, except for forgoing it in writing. Subsequently, the large-scale project has been adjusted: WEK in 2015, the map will be aligned with the new-generation passport.
