Samara Alphonse detained in Volgograd

In Volgograd, an unemployed 28-year-old resident of the Samara Oblast became acquainted with single women and entering them in trust, deception kidnapped their property. The latest victim, Alphonse became a 35-year-old woman from Volgograd.
