The core of the Earth and the Sun's surface have the same temperature

Solid iron core of the Earth has warmed up to temperature in 6 thousands of degrees Celsius, in a thousand degrees greater than previous estimates. This helps to explain the existence of the magnetic field of the planet that was difficult before, say geologists in an article published in the journal Science.
