Russian advertising growth would not exceed 12.5%

In the year 2013 in developing markets advertising costs will increase at an average annual rate of 8.2%. Developed markets will show more modest growth: +1.8%. The Russian advertising market will continue to outperform most of the world countries – developed and developing – on the dynamics of advertising investment.
