Investigatory Committee (IC) of Russia announced the tender for rendering services of access to the system of monitoring and forecasting of illegal actions on the basis of information from social networks, blogs and MEDIA OUTLETS to determine the threat level for each type of serious crimes, for this purpose it is planned to send up to 1.2 million roubles, the applications hosted on the portal of public procurement.
