Russia finished second behind the United States in terms of arms sales in the world

According to SIPRI, in 2007-2011. the five largest arms suppliers--United States, Russia, Germany, France and the United Kingdom accounted for 75%-total exports of major conventional weapons, compared with 78% in 2002-2006.
