From mobile operators need not to change tariffs without the knowledge or consent of the subscribers

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine recommended that the mobile network operators coordinate with customers change calling plans. To this recommendation, the Committee's investigation, has pushed workers pokozav?ee user's inability to influence the conditions of the operator.
