MEDIA: Vodafone and Verizon agreed to the deal at 130 billion

British company goes to the North American market to expand its operations in Europe and in emerging markets. The first rumors about the deal between American and British companies have appeared in April 2013. Then it was estimated at 100 billion dollars.
