Russia will ban the sale of mobile phones without the support of the GLONASS

The regulations will oblige them to submit the Declaration to the Federal Communications Agency (Rossv?z?) to register. Control the use of mobile phones on the territory of the Russian Federation, with a declaration confirming their eligibility to be alienating Turkey.
