At the ICANN discuss new top-level domains

In Dakar (Senegal) opened 42-th Conference of ICANN, which would continue its work until 29 October. This Conference is devoted primarily to the operationalization of the programme, the introduction of new top-level domains (New gTLDs), and this theme has become one of the key at the opening of the Conference.
