Minkomsvyazi Russia smart phones hit the market over 3-5 years

Head of Minkomsvyazi RUSSIA Nikolay Nikiforov expects that within three to five years, Russian officials will be able to use the domestic Smartphone that will allow for a higher level of protection of the safety of the public information than overseas.
