The Supreme Court of India held a meeting at the end of last week rejected an appeal by Nokia on the decision of a lower court that the Finnish company must pay 35 billion Indian rupees ($572,5 million dollars) as a guarantee that would allow it to transfer plant in Chennai to Microsoft in a deal valued at $ 7.5 billion.
