MTS expands LTE network in Rostov Oblast

MTS has secured almost total coverage of the fourth generation in Rostov-na-Donu and expanded 4 g network coverage area in the other major cities of the region. The operator press service reported that from the beginning of 2014, MTS increased its territory cover the LTE network in Rostov-na-Donu on 40%.
