37% of the population in Russia have never used the Internet

According to a survey of public opinion Fund more than a third of Russians have never used the Internet. The exact number of them, according to a poll of 37 per cent. The survey was conducted among 100 thousands of residents of towns and villages of Russia over the age of 18 years.
