37% of inhabitants of the Russian Federation does not use Network

Public opinion Foundation held an interesting poll, the results are pretty unusual. 37% of respondents from Russia over the age of 18 years has never used the Internet. 21% of the population of the Russian Federation does not want to become Internet users. About 55% of these people belong to the age group above 60 years of age.
