37% of Russians have never used the Internet

Public opinion Foundation held an interesting poll, results of which are amazing. 37% of respondents from Russia over the age of 18 years has never used the Internet. Twenty-one per cent of inhabitants of the Russian Federation does not want to become Internet users.
