Google Play can increase the time the refund with 15 min to 2:0

An unofficial information that Google is preparing to change the section of the policy associated with the refund for paid apps. Time limit changed, beginning with the 2010 year, then it was 12:0 am. Now the time is reduced to 15 minutes.
