Sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia would be delayed another week

Through week 9 December, decide on the admission for consideration of the appeal of Apple to the other decision overruling the ban on the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. Judge John Heydon, in making this decision, admitted that it would damage the company Samsung, bearing in mind that this week is Christmas sales boom, but otherwise the damage would be caused to the interests of the Apple.
