Nearly a quarter of the EU population has never used the Internet

Nearly a quarter of the EU population aged 16 to 74 years had never used the Internet, according to the European statistics agency Eurostat. In the study of Eurostat, in the first half of 2011, and published Wednesday, indicated that even in 2006, the number of residents of 27 EU countries, non-Internet users stood at 42%, and, consequently, their share is declining.
