Rostelecom dominated Aspen PON

Through the use of PON clients Rostelekom are able to use the services of digital telephony, broadband Internet access and digital television. With regard specifically to the project, realized in micro district Aspen Grove, as told by Rostelecom, the construction of telecommunications infrastructure began in September 2010.
