Contract ICANN Internet governance have extended as an exception

The contract involves managing IANA-a non-profit organization that is responsible for the IP address, top-level domains, as well as use Internet protocols. The first such agreement between NTIA and ICANN was concluded in the year 2000, in 2006, it was extended to six years.
