PayPal will regulate non bank credit organization in Russia

The company will be entitled to issue electronic money and thus will strengthen its presence in the Russian market. Experts argue that the development and harmonisation of all the securities can take anywhere from half a year that an American company PayPal filed the other documents in the CENTRAL BANK of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION to establish non-bank credit organization (NPO), told RBC daily, several sources in the market of e-commerce.
