Named after the start date of the new iPad sales in Russia

The first version of the iPad officially appeared in Russia in November 2010, seven months after the debut in the United States, the iPad 2-with a delay of 2.5 months after the American sales in May 2011. Both sources the Agency noted that Apple itself is interested in reducing the delay.
