Russia enters a 10-percent duty on import of computers

The Sub Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation on customs tariff and non-tariff regulation, chaired by first Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov had approved the introduction of a 10 percent import tax on computers, except for laptops, in a statement on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
