The State Duma adopted on first reading a bill that expands the opportunities for citizens and organizations of public services on the principle of one window, through the multifunction centers. Existing law creates the limitation provision of services where citizens are compelled to haunt offices ' thresholds for multiple instances, for example, to social assistance.
