MTS-Bank out in minus

According to the CENTRAL BANK on 1 April, the loss this year, MTS-Bank amounted to 540 million roubles. As calculated in CER MFPU Sinergia, MTS-bank credit remains the only organization of the biggest banks (by total assets) with a negative return on capital.
