Russia banned alcohol advertisements on the Internet and print media

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law banning alcohol advertising in printed media and on the Internet. As the press-service of the Kremlin, the purpose of the document is the creation of conditions aimed at reducing consumption of alcoholic beverages, including beer.
